Time to Spruce
The spruce tips are here- which means it’s time to gather them up for brewing.
Foraging in the volunteers
Grabbing a little sorrel (wood and blood) for a sauce experiment, volunteer pea shoots, and oregano for spice.
My favorite weeds are the ones I can eat!
Update: sorrels were combined with butter and garlic to dip artichokes into…

Taco Monday!
Just finished the tortillas, time to pick some radishes and leeks to spice these tacos!
edit- this is what we made- radish, leek, rhubarb, cilantro and lime slaw. It was amazing.
